Reserve power supply for the Ministry of transportation (CZ)

Installation site:  Ludvík Svoboda embankment 1222/12, Prague 1

The task:

• having won the state tender, to install the most critical parts of the energy centre in historical building of the Ministry of transportation of the Czech Republic

Optimal approach:

• the project solution of construction details while meeting the requirements for installation of technologies in historical building, design modification of exhaust air-ducts accordingly to requirements of the Monument preservation authority;
• implementation of special measures to reduce the dust dissipation in outdoor areas;
• installation of the control system PROMAN™ on two generating sets CAT

Added value of realized concept:

• ALTRON installed its own control system for gensets, allowing thus sophisticated backward phase synchronisation that is necessary for elimination of risks in case re-connection of gensets to the public grid after the end of power outage;
• ALTRON equipped the system by visualisation panels; the functions of gensets are monitored by system PROMON™
