The task:

• to provide complex facility management services that are necessary for a trouble-free operation of the hosting data centre of the company Telefónica O2

Optimal approach:

• as concerns the service content, it is required a basic maintenance on basis of defined time schedule and realization of smaller investment projects of the client;
• the Facility Management to be understood as a long-term commitment

Added value of realized concept:

• the importance of this business case lies in its contractual subject – herewith ALTRON started to contract the facility management services as a new product
• at the same time, the footprint of server rooms and the performance of installed technologies require the largest extent of provided facility management  services;
• infrastructure upgrade by a chiller 1480kW_ch and by a generating set 1650kVA
